Payment options are confirmed at booking (typically bank transfer or agreed card/mobile options where available). We will always share official payment details in writing—never trust unsolicited payment instructions.

Inclusions depend on the package. Your quote and confirmation will list what is included (e.g. accommodation, transport, specified meals) and what is extra (park fees, some activities, tips). Ask us if anything is unclear.

Changes and cancellations depend on supplier policies and how close you are to travel. We will explain applicable fees when you request a change. Travel insurance is strongly recommended for unexpected cancellations.

Most visitors need a valid passport and may require an eTA/visa; requirements change—check the official Kenya immigration guidance before travel. Yellow fever and other vaccines may be recommended depending on origin and itinerary. We are happy to guide you but final compliance is your responsibility.

Airport transfers may be included in some packages or available as an add-on. Tell us your flight details and we will confirm options and pricing.

Neutral clothing, layers for cool mornings and evenings, comfortable closed shoes, hat, sunscreen, binoculars, and a reusable water bottle are useful. We can send a detailed packing note for your specific trip.
