Ancent Tours arranges safaris, tours, activities, corporate packages, and related travel services as described on our website or in written quotations. Itineraries, availability, and inclusions may vary; final details are confirmed in your booking confirmation or invoice.

3. Bookings & payments

• Quotes are invitations to treat until confirmed in writing and subject to availability.
• Deposits and balance payment terms will be stated at booking. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation.
• Prices may change before confirmation due to supplier rates, taxes, park fees, or exchange rates; we will notify you of material changes.

4. Cancellations & changes

Cancellation and amendment policies depend on third-party suppliers (lodges, parks, airlines, vehicles). We will pass through applicable supplier terms and communicate any fees. Your specific cancellation terms will be provided with your booking where possible.

5. Travel documents & conduct

You are responsible for valid passports, visas, vaccinations, insurance, and compliance with local laws and park rules. Ancent Tours is not liable for refusal of entry or missed activities due to missing documents or unsafe behaviour.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law in Kenya, Ancent Tours is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for events outside our reasonable control (including force majeure, weather, wildlife behaviour, or third-party supplier defaults). Our total liability for any claim relating to a booking is limited to the amount paid to us for that booking unless otherwise required by law.

7. Website use

You may not misuse the site (including attempting unauthorized access, scraping, or distributing malware). Content on this site is owned by Ancent Tours or licensors; you may not copy or reuse it for commercial purposes without permission.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Courts in Kenya shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
